On Sunday last Rapparees/Starlights GAA Club came together for the 2017 Annual General Meeting at their Bellefield Complex to elect a new Chairman and a new Committee for the 2018 season.

Outgoing Chairman John Browne in his Address said that 2017 had been a good year both on and off the field with the Club doing well financially and wins in Senior Football, U/21 Football and Junior Camogie along with much success at Underage. And with Senior Hurlers ending the season strong and competitive it augurs well for the future of the Club John said.

Unfortunately due to the ongoing awful weather the fields are closed until Tuesday April 10th.
